Vinyasa yoga

Wednesdays 7-8PM


Join us for a challenging class of sun salutations, standing balances, upper body conditioning and deep core work.  Each class will finish with time to practice relaxation and meditation techniques. Vinyasa links breath with body movement to build strength and increase flexibility in the muscles of the body.  Students who regularly practice yoga increase their self-awareness and overall wellbeing    All levels welcome.
